Chocolate Peanut Butter Truffles


250g cream cheese, at room temperature 
285g dark chocolate 
1/4 cup peanut butter 

1. In a mixer, beat cream cheese until creamy and smooth. 
2. Melt chocolate stir until smooth. 
3. Add peanut butter to the melted chocolate and stir until smooth. 
4. Pour over cream cheese and stir until completely combined. 
5. Pour into plastic container and set in fridge over night or until set. 
6. Scoop out with a teaspoon and roll into balls, chill again and then coat the balls in your choice of cocoa, icing sugar, sprinkles or chopped nuts/coconut. 
7. Keep chilled at all times and serve from the fridge.
