Job Summary

Our Café located within Mitre 10 MEGA Albany is the hub of hustle and bustle, accompanied by an open plan design - it’s the perfect meeting spot for our local community to come together.

Our ideal staff members will be self-driven, experienced and have a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service with the ability to work calmly under pressure is a must along with being flexible in availability as this role will consist of week day and weekend work.

To be successful you will be / have

  • Have at least 2 years Barista full time experience
  • Experience working in a fast-paced cafe, our cafe is a very busy cafe, you will need to work quickly and work well under pressure
  • Flexible in availability – our Café’s operate 7-days a week and your shifts will involve weekends and public holidays
  • Clear, strong communication skills is a must
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Most importantly a passion for providing exceptional food and beverages

Job Summary

Job Summary

Columbus Coffee is an award-winning Café Franchise and we are looking for great Chefs around the country, (both North & South Island), that can work well within a small team. This is a very demanding role as we make all of our cabinet food items on site, plus prepare our menu items as well. You will need to be able to have excellent organisational and time management skills.

You need to be flexible and reliable. Most shifts start at 7.00am.

Attributes required:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a commercial kitchen

Job Summary

Columbus Coffee Riccarton requires an experienced full time Cafe Manager. Reporting to and working with the café owner we are looking for a driven and customer focused manager to lead and motivate our team.

Café Manager Responsibilities include

  • Forward planning for staffing and scheduling to meet business needs
  • Driving customer service to meet KPIs and budgets.
  • Ensuring training is consistently planned, communicated, completed and recorded and is to Columbus standards
  • Maintain all Columbus Coffee Cabinet and Menu standards across all day parts
  • Deliver our Coffee and Beverage products to Columbus brand standards every time
  • Establish and maintain store cleanliness, organisation and stock levels.
  • Ensure Food Safety Standards are set , maintained and documented as per legislation and Columbus brand standards

To be successful in this role you will need

  • Proven experience in a hospitality operation

Job Summary

Exciting employment opportunities for someone with a passion for great coffee and food to join our team! We are looking for talented Barista's around the country. 

This position could be full or part time and could have flexible hours over a 7-day roster period. You must be able to work weekends, but there are no night shifts. Columbus Mitre 10 MEGA New Plymouth

Job Summary

Our Cafe Team at Mitre 10 MEGA needs 2 x part time CHEFS to compliment the existing team. You will be preparing food, and cooking dishes in line with our scrumptious menus and working alongside our talented team keeping our customers fed and satisfied and wanting more.
