Breakfast Sundae


Who doesn’t love a sweet sundae for breakfast?We have an easy-to-follow recipe that everyone will love!

This recipe can be made with either Granola Cluster or Nut Granola.


  • 1/3 cup Granola
  • 1/3 cup Natural Yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp Chia Jam – recipe below
  • 1 small mint leaf
  • 5 Blueberries – fresh or frozen
  • ½ banana – sliced

Chia Jam

This recipe makes 2 cups of jam

  • 2 cups frozen raspberries
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

To make the chia jam, blitz the ingredients in food processor and place in a saucepan over medium heat for around 10-15 minutes. Place jam in refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours to thicken.

To serve the sundae layer in a small glass in this order: Granola, yoghurt, chia jam, honey and banana. Repeat until about 1cm from the top, finally top with chia jam, one slice of banana, blueberries, and sprinkle of granola and small mint leaf.
