Cafe Manager - Mt Wellington

We are looking for an experienced Cafe Manager to join our team at Columbus Coffee Mitre 10 MEGA Mt Wellington.

We are a busy café that is continuing to grow, so experience in a high energy cafe is essential. We are looking for someone who has an energy and enthusiasm for hospitality, enjoys coffee and food and can lead their team from the front.

Your key roles will include the daily operations of the cafe, stock ordering, roster management and you will report to the owners with on specific operational KPIs.

Full onboarding training is provided for the right candidate to ensure you understand the Columbus brand, our direction and our goals. You will also have full training on the tools available to you to support you in your role.
