The 2023 Columbus Coffee Kitchen Competition was sponsored by Bidfood and consisted of two categories that Chefs could enter – Local Favourites Dish & Savoury Cabinet item. Participating Chefs chose one Kitchen IQ Sous Vide product from the following – Beef, Lamb or Chicken and had to use this item in their recipe. All recipes were submitted online and were judged based on description, recipe, use of ingredients, presentation & composition.
