Given the current COVID guidelines around isolation, some of our cafes are very short staffed, and may even need to be closed for a day or two or operating under shorter opening/closing times. Please be patient with our teams as we try and navigate this tough time for everyone. For your local Columbus Coffee cafe's current opening and closing times please check Google. Unfortunately we also may not be able to provide our full menu in all cafes at all times. We hope to have all our staff back on board soon. 

All Regions are currently in ORANGE setting under the COVID Protection Framework. While it is still recommended to wear face masks in indoor settings, you'll see our staff continue to be wearing their masks to help protect our customers.

Click & Collect Service

Using our click and collect service is easy. All you need to do is click the button below and follow the simple steps to place your order for the date and time that you wish to collect it.

Please note: You can collect Rewards points on your click & collect purchases by entering your Rewards card number, but at this stage Rewards vouchers and points cannot be redeemed online. We apologise for the inconvenience. 

If you’re using our Click & Collect service for the first time, you will need to sign up, and don’t forget to add your Columbus Rewards card number so that you can earn points on your purchases! You can also login to our new Columbus Rewards App and click on the order button at the top of the screen to place your order.
