Boiler and Portafilter

The polished stainless case of the Isomac Viper hides a 200ml brass boiler and heating element. It also has a chromed brass portafilter. The brass retains heat well, resists corrosion, and ensures a longer machine life.

High Quality Controls with Temperature Ready Light

The Viper features three push buttons for coffee production and one steam knob. The top button is the main power switch that activates the boiler. It has a red indicator light next to it that will illuminate when the machine is on. Below this is a button that operates the pump and is called the brew switch. When you press this button, the pump is activated for either brewing or dispensing hot water. Next to the button is a green ready light that will turn on when you hit the switch and will turn off when the machine is up to operating temperature. The lowest button is used to get the machine up to steam temperature. The red light next to it will turn on when the machine is heating and will turn off when it has reached the proper temperature, indicating that it’s okay to open the steam knob and release the steam.

Cup Warmer

Preheating your cups is a very important. The Viper has a stainless steel cup warmer on top of the unit. It is a passive type heater, which means it is heated from the residual heat of the boiler. For more and quicker heating, we recommend hot water in the cups for a minute before making your coffee.

Dual Purpose Steam Wand with Unique Steam Tip

The Viper has a fully swivelling stainless steel steam wand that doubles as a hot water dispenser. It has the best system for producing ‘micro-foam’ in milk ie: small jets in the end of a plain chromed brass wand.

Big, Removable Water Reservoir

The Viper's 3litre water reservoir is removable for cleaning and is made of shatter resistant ABS plastic so it will last the duration. Because it’s easy to get to, you can fill it from the top of the machine
