Columbus Coffee Annual Barista Championships
Every year our best baristas gather from around the country to compete for the title of Columbus Barista of the Year. The winners will represent the group at the New Zealand Barista Championships in February.
This year the competition was held in September at our Smales Farm café in Takapuna.
David Burton founder of Columbus Coffee and one of New Zealands top judges commented on the quality, intensity and passion of the competitors.
The winner was Ryan Clarke from Columbus Onehunga, a 3 time winner and recent New Zealand Latte Art champion.
